Our first worship service back together will be Sunday, June 7. We will be having 2 services that Sunday, one from 9:15 AM-10:15 AM and another from 11 AM-12 PM. Each service will be limited to 50 people so we can observe social distancing requirements.

1. We are a multi-generational church! During this phase of our re-opening, all ages will worship together. There will be no classes for children at this time.
2. Everyone is asked to use face coverings for the duration of the service.
3. There will be one entrance point and one exit point for each worship service. You will enter through the front door of the sanctuary (the door facing University Avenue) and will exit through the lanai doors.
4. A number of hand sanitizing stations will be available. We ask that everyone use the hand sanitizing station upon entrance into the sanctuary.
5. An usher will walk each individual/household to their seat, to help ensure we observe social distancing guidelines.
6. We will not have our normal greeting time and discourage any hugging or shaking hands.
7. Tithes and offerings will be collected in bowls at the lanai exit.
8. After the service, we will exit the sanctuary row by row.
9. The fellowship hall will only be used for restrooms. The only restrooms available will be the women and men’s restrooms in the fellowship hall. Please maintain social distancing guidelines during restroom use, and when waiting to use the restroom.
10. The sanctuary and bathrooms will be cleaned and sanitized between services.
11. Bible study groups will continue to meet online.
12. Our online service will continue to be provided.

1. We ask anyone who is high risk or sick please remain at home during this time.
2. Parents will be responsible for their children before, during, and after the service. Please be sure children observe social distancing requirements.

Church Family,

We will continue to gather on Sundays at 9:15 AM and 11 AM for worship, but you no longer need to RSVP for the service you plan to attend. We do ask, if possible, that you continue to attend worship at the same time each Sunday. If you and your household plans to return for the first time this week, you are welcome to come to either service. The 11 AM service, however, has more space available.

We are looking forward to celebrating all men in our church family on Father’s Day! The 9:15 AM service will continue to be live-streamed on Facebook, a recording of the service will be added to our church Vimeo page, and Dani Beth will continue to email out a Sunday recap email (with a link to view the service) each Sunday afternoon.

It is such a joy to worship with you all, virtually and in person, each week. The UABC staff is so thankful for you, we are praying for you, and we are humbled by the daily opportunity to serve God alongside you.

Grace and Peace,

UABC Church Staff
